Impressive.

We have a strong liking for these racks, and we have chosen to leave them installed on a set of removable roof racks. This allows us to easily take them off and put them on when we need to use the kayak rack. They have proven to be very sturdy and have remained in excellent condition even after years of use.

Not compatible with flat bars.

It is evident that these racks are designed specifically for round bar racks, and they may not be suitable for flat bar racks.

Performs as intended

I recently acquired a pair of kayaks and needed to modify my trailer to accommodate four instead of two. Attaching them to the square bars on my trailer turned out to be a straightforward task.

Great product, amazing price!

These kayak racks are perfect for local and nearby trips. However, be prepared to spend some time on assembly. The main challenge lies in getting the bolts through the pads/bars and tightening them securely. One trick I found useful was to insert the bolt partially, tighten it a bit, and then use a hammer claw to pull the bolt through until it could be properly secured. Once assembled, attaching the racks to the cross bars is a breeze, and they perform their job effectively, all at a highly competitive price.
