It worked well for me.

It works well, but I wish it were a bit larger. My mountain bike is slightly too long for it.

It's a good rack considering the price.

Like many others have mentioned, the directions provided are not the best. However, it's relatively simple to figure out. I laid everything out and looked at the picture, then assembled it in about 30 minutes using a socket set. It fits nicely on my SUV and extends out just enough to avoid scratching the car with two larger cruiser-style bikes. Honestly, you can't beat it for the money.

It's a fantastic bike rack.

It works great! It can easily carry two adult bikes without any rocking. We appreciate the ability to adjust the width to accommodate different-sized bikes.

It fits perfectly into the 2-inch receiver.

Overall, this item is great considering its price. However, I highly recommend using a secure chain or locks for the bikes once they are in place. The included Velcro straps may come off easily during vehicle motion or when parked at businesses. I suggest using a heavy-duty chain and padlock to secure the bikes on the rack.
