Ramp Locking Pin is Broken

I used the ramp for less than a month, and after unloading my three-wheeled cart from the ramp about three times, the spring lock pin broke. This pin has two positions (top and bottom) to secure the ramp while in motion, preventing it from falling off. The lower spring lock pin broke and was lost. I eventually used a tie-down strap to secure the ramp to prevent it from falling or dragging. On October 29, I contacted the company to request a replacement for the spring lock pin. I will provide updates on the progress of the help I received.

The ramp has been very reliable, helping us transport a 300-lb power wheelchair. While the ramp is solid, our car’s weight limit only accommodates 200 lbs, so we have to break down the chair before loading it.

Titan Ramps: ideal for anyone needing wheelchair mobility.

The assembly was straightforward. The rack is sturdy, looks great, and is well made. It’s perfect for scooters up to 500 lbs. It folds securely without shaking or rattling. I’d suggest redesigning the handle cutout on the right to make it accessible even when the ramp is folded. Also, the locking pins were a bit tight and needed some minor adjustment, but it’s otherwise exactly what I was looking for.
