It is compatible with Smittybilt winches.

I used this to mount an old Smittybilt XRC-8 Winch, and it has worked great so far. I mainly use it for removing trees and stumps and have even moved a few cars (not stuck in mud or anything). I love the versatility and ease of use.

The cradle is excellent.

It fits my winch, but unfortunately, the metal welded to the bottom prevents it from sliding all the way into the receiver. This is not the fault of the cradle, but rather the position of the receiver on my trailer. It's not a big deal when you have a grinder. Overall, I'm still happy with it.

It's acceptable considering the price.

I needed a receiver mount for my winch, so I opted for this one since it was slightly cheaper than the one from Harbor Freight. It fits my 12,000 lb Badlands winch nicely. The fit and finish could be improved, but it seems to get the job done. I didn't encounter any issues when I used it to pull a 6,000 lb truck across the yard using the winch.

This product is outstanding and offers good value for the money.

This is an excellent product that offers good value for money. However, if you have a bumper with an integrated hitch, like my Jeep does, it needs to be modified to work. So, be sure to check your bumper and examine the product pictures beforehand.

It comes with a mounting plate.

It met my needs, and I attached a 12,000 lb winch. It was easy to mount to a 2" hitch.
